Hey Guys,
I have several buttons within a tab that loads different data for the datatable; I am using fnDestroy to clear the DOM and reloading the new datatable but there is a significant delay in the transition- between 5-10 seconds - but when I comment out fnDestroy in the code it loads in a second in Firefox but has problems building the table in IE 9.
My initial load page has the scrollbar enabled and pagination disabled- all consequent pages have pagination with the scrollbar which has a fixed height. I have been looking in the forum for ways to speed up the page using fnDestroy but nothing so far has worked- I am wondering if the issue is with the scrollbar as I only have a maximum of 2000 rows of data. Has anybody came across this issue before? Thanks.
