Vertical Scroll bar and th alignment issue

I'm having an issue where when a table is first created with a vertical scroll the th and the rest of the table do not line up due to the scroll bar. However, when I click on a header to sort a column the th and table then line up just fine. I've been looking for a solution but I can't seem to find one.

I got the issue solved. it seems that it was where I was creating the dataTable object was the issue.
