FixedHeader and BootStrap2 fixed menu

Hi,

I'd like to use FixedHeader with Twitter BootStrap 2 and their fixed menu. Is it possible to have the fixed header with a [code]top: 40px[/code] ?

Have a look at this thread: http://www.datatables.net/forums/discussion/9091 . Just make sure you are using the latest FixedHeader :-)
