I want to send extra-param while calling my api from server-side processing

This extra param needs to be one of the coulmn values.
Can I do it.
My requirement. I want to paginate on the basis of the date columns in the table.
Since my data is from multiple sources I want to send the last fetched date to the server. How can I do it?
