how to make table display only selected row?

Hello,
From this example https://datatables.net/extensions/select/examples/initialisation/checkbox.html
if i check a row , the rest of the rows need to disappear giving only data of the selected row.
is it possible to do this?

You could delete all the other rows with
rows().remove(), but then they would be gone so if you want them back, that would be an issue. Alternatively, you could display a modal with therow().data()for that row,Cheers,
