unfortunatelly our Datatable column alignment is broken in ie after column toggle like described here:

The example you linked seems to be fine. Likely the issue is a CSS issue. Without seeing the page its hard to troubleshoot CSS issues. Please post a link to your page or a test case replicating the issue so we can help debug.
