You are absolutely right - thank you for letting me know about that. I've fixed it now and if you download it again it will be present now.
What went wrong was during the release on Friday I updated the download builder with the new version before actually putting it on the CDN, and someone must downloaded it before I did add it to the CDN, resulting in a failed cache for my download builder. Doh! Must remember the right sequence next time
