edited April 2015 in DataTables 1.10

URL: http://www.armymuseums.org.uk/demo-track-page.html

Debug: http://debug.datatables.net/ehikit

I specified
"order": [[ 0, 'desc' ], [ 1, 'asc' ]],

But it's displaying sorted ascending on the first column.

What simple stupid thing am I missing? :)

    DataTables 1.9.4

    That is the problem. order is the 1.10+ name for the ordering. aaSorting was the name of the parameter you want for legacy versions.

    Ah. So, two options: change the parameter or update the version.

    On the whole, I think updating is best.

    I have TableTools also, and I seem to have a bunch of related stuff:

    "/lib/datatables/tabletools/media/js/zeroclipboard.js" ver 1.0.4
    "/lib/datatables/jpaginator.js"
    "/lib/datatables/datatables.jpaginator.js"
    "/lib/datatables/tabletools/media/js/tabletools.js" ver 2.1.4

    Is all this baked into the tabletools cdn resource, or do I need to keep some or all of these resources?

    I've just posted back in your duplicate question about this.
