However, when I added in Vertical tab with Horizontal tabs having datatable inside
horizontal tabs. Datatables do not work.
Can kindly provide some demo? Tq.

I looked at your files but nothing is obvious. Best bet is to create a live example, something like live.datatables.net - and give instructions on how to reproduce the issue.
