Is there a line of code from the datatable to not show me anything in the table? because I'm doing date filtering, so when it doesn't match I want the table to flush and show nothing

By default when searching a Datatable and there are no matches the table shows no rows. If this is not happening for you then we will need a link to your page or a test case to help debug.
