date sorting is not working

Looks like you've deleted the template text that we ask you to fill in with a link to a test case. There is also text at the top of the new question and discussion pages asking for a link to a test case.

Your question is a little like phoning a car garage and saying "My car isn't working", and expecting them to fix it over the phone . I mean, there is nothing for us to go on and as you can see in our date / time examples, date sorting does work in DataTables.

Please see this tech note on how to provide a test case if you can't link to your page.
